Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies communicated to you. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

2. Membership Plans & Payments

  • Memberships are available in prepaid plans or installment plans, as displayed on our website.

  • Prepaid Plans must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Installment Plans require full payment for the entire selected membership period according to the agreed schedule.

  • Membership prices are fixed at the time of purchase and are not subject to retroactive changes.

3. Refunds

  • All membership purchases are non-refundable, including prepaid and installment plans.

  • No refunds will be provided if you cancel your membership before the end of the term.

  • If you fail to make an installment payment, your membership access will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.

 

4. Membership Use

  • Memberships are valid solely for the individual who purchases them and can only be used for the group they are traveling with for the specified transfers. The membership cannot be transferred or shared with unrelated individuals.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

5. Cancellation & Expiry

  • Prepaid memberships do not auto-renew. Your membership will automatically expire at the end of the purchased term.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions.

  • Reminder emails will be sent before prepaid memberships expire.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your information will only be used to provide services, manage your membership, and communicate important updates.

7. Liability

  • We act solely as a service provider and are not responsible for disputes, agreements, or issues between members.

  • ​While we strive to connect users with suitable matches, we do not guarantee that a match will be found for every transfer request.

  • Our liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the membership.

8. Account Termination & Breach

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behavior.

  • Any outstanding payments remain due even if your account is terminated.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.

  • Any disputes arising will be handled in accordance with local legal requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Acceptance

By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable nature of memberships and the membership usage rules.
